This five-day course teaches practical frameworks, tools, and templates you can use immediately. Sessions mix short instruction with hands-on exercises drawn from real scenarios. The aim is a repeatable process that fits your organisation’s size and regulatory context.

3. Conduct structured risk assessments using heat maps, bow-tie analysis, and RCSA (Risk and Control Self‑Assessment).
4. Define governance, roles, escalation paths, and control testing procedures.
5. Build concise risk reports and dashboards that link risk indicators to performance and compliance.
